This role offers the flexibility of remote work, but requires the candidate to be based in Billings, MT (preferred) or Bozeman, MT, with travel within their territory.
Job Summary
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the construction industry and possess a deep understanding of the technical applications of insulation. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to grow within a company that values a family-oriented, people-first culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate potential clients to understand their needs, budget, and decision-making process.
- Generate new sales leads and increase revenue through cold-calling, email marketing, social media outreach, and networking events.
- Oversee competitive bidding and follow-up on quotations to customers.
- Engage in trade shows and business development events to connect with customers, vendors, and company partners.
- Inform customers about new products and conduct demonstrations as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field.
- 3+ years’ experience in construction-related sales or business development.
- Deep understanding of the construction industry and construction materials.
- Technical knowledge in the application of insulation.
